Common questions

How do I create an Octuo account?
Download Octuo for macOS and sign up on first launch — the same email works across the macOS app and your account-management surfaces. We do not offer a separate web sign-up flow today. Download Octuo.
Where do I manage my subscription or buy credits?
Open Octuo on macOS and go to Account → Plans for subscriptions or Account → Credits for one-time packs. We use Stripe Customer Portal for payment-method edits and invoice downloads. Billing overview.
How do I export my data?
Email privacy@tutuo.ai with your account email and we'll send a portable export of your memory, conversations, and account metadata. Targeted self-serve export from inside Octuo is on the roadmap. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of rights (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL).
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Octuo go to Account → Plans and cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period — no proration. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed; unconsumed packs are subject to the Refund Policy.
Is Octuo in beta?
Yes — Octuo is in public beta. Features and pricing may change, and uptime targets are best-effort during this period. See the Beta Notice for what that means concretely. The Vault is also beta-grade — see the Vault page for the honest framing.
What are the system requirements?
macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. Apple Silicon (M-series) is recommended; Intel Macs are not supported in the current build. On first launch Octuo asks for Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions — both are required for the assistant to perceive and interact with your desktop. iOS, Windows, and Linux are on the roadmap; see Download.
