Install Octuo

    Mount the DMG

    Double-click the downloaded Octuo-0.8.216.dmg to mount the disk image.

    Drag Octuo into Applications

    The DMG includes a shortcut to your /Applications folder. Drag Octuo.app onto it.

  3. 3

    Launch and grant permissions

    On first launch, macOS will ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings. Octuo needs both to perceive what's on your screen and to act on your behalf. Without them the agent can't do its job.

    Sign in

    Create an account or log in. New accounts come with a free credit allowance to try the assistant before subscribing. See pricing.

System requirements

macOS
14 Sonoma or later (15 Sequoia tested).
Architecture
Apple Silicon (M1 / M2 / M3 / M4) recommended. Intel Macs are not supported in the current build.
Memory
8 GB minimum; 16 GB recommended.
Network
Active internet connection. Octuo coordinates intelligence with cloud-hosted models for most calls.

An iOS client is in development and will ship after the macOS beta stabilizes.

On the roadmap

Windows / Linux

No timeline yet. Octuo's core capabilities depend on deep desktop OS integration; Windows / Linux ports come later on the roadmap.
